Ecommerce Aggregators

For the community

The ecommerce aggregators website was launched in late 2021, following the sale of our separate FBA businesses.

The project was somewhat fast-tracked after some ‘gentle’ persuasion from our fellow sellers in the FBA community, who wanted to know exactly how we exited.

You know who you are!

Bottom line:

Richard and I (Martin) have worked tirelessly to create real value for the community with this service. And we are humbled by its overwhelmingly positive response.

We have now spoken to over 300 Amazon FBA and Shopify sellers. Each with their own unique back story, brand, and reasons for exiting.

It’s been a privilege to talk with so many like-minded people and share our experience of selling to Amazon aggregators.

Our service to you

Here’s the thing:

Richard and I find ourselves in a fairly unique position. Not only are we still two of the most active members in the Amazon seller forums, but we also have:

        1. A comprehensive database of every Amazon aggregator out there
        2. First-hand experience of selling to an Amazon aggregator in 2021
        3. Direct access to key decision-makers in multiple top aggregators
        4. 15 years of collective experience running an Amazon FBA business

The database we have cultivated represents the culmination of over 100 hours of research into the aggregator space.

But consider this:

By clicking the ‘Find Buyers’ button below, you can access this database and its highly intuitive search algorithm for free. Allowing you the ability to pinpoint the select few aggregators that are most likely to buy your business.

We can also introduce you directly to the senior decision-maker at each aggregator. Not the junior staff answering their contact forms.

Finally, and having recently sold our Amazon businesses, we will be on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the entire process, from offer to exit.

We do not charge you a fee

One of the most common questions we are asked is why we are doing this, and what’s in it for us.

And so:

In the spirit of full transparency, let’s get down to brass tacks.

We do not charge you a fee for our service but may receive a commission from the aggregator if a sale goes through. That commission comes out of the aggregator’s marketing budget, not from what you receive.

We feel that aligns with our interests to get you the highest exit possible.

In short:

Unlike a broker that charges 7-10% of the sale price, leaving you will 90-93% leftover, you get the full 100% payment when selling your business.

It’s that simple.

Now there are some decent brokers out there who will argue that they can get you a higher valuation, which offsets their fees.

We have not, however, seen any evidence of this. Plus, you will have to sign up to an exclusivity period of typically 6 months to only sell through that particular broker.

Why we are doing this?

The truth is:

For us, in addition to the commission, which is nice, of course, this service allows us to give back to the FBA community that we are so lucky to have been a part of, since 2013.

We can share all the tips, tricks and invaluable advice we wish we had received when selling our own businesses.

And whilst both Richard and I plan to start more Amazon FBA brands in the future, we have made some amazing new connections over the past few months with this project.

Is it the right time to exit?

Only you can answer that. But if you are considering selling your business, you’re unlikely to find a better (free of charge) service with the first-hand experience that Richard and I can offer.
